Corporate Gifts in KPHB | Bulk Order Online 2026
KPHB Colony is a housing-board grid, not a glass-campus park. Clinics on the phase roads, tuition rooms above shops, and small SMEs near KPHB Metro still gift — they just refuse a ₹700 lamp for a twelve-person staff. School admin in the colony needs clipboards and pens that survive a parents’ meeting, not a Bluetooth speaker. Searchers for corporate gifts in KPHB should order from TemptingKart online and deliver to the clinic, the tuition floor or a society office. There is no KPHB pickup warehouse. Keep 7–10 days before Diwali or the annual day, and stay in the corporate gifts collection so the invoice is one line.
Why a housing-board PO is not an IT hamper
A KPHB shop owner who employs eight people will look stingy if the gift chips in a week. They will also look foolish if they spend like a product company. Under ₹300, usefulness is the whole strategy. The full band is mapped in corporate gifts under ₹300. One SKU for the whole list; mixed “cute junk” is how colony gifts end up in a drawer.
Phase-road shops close late. That does not mean you can shop the gift the night before Diwali. Identical units and a GST bill are an online job. The colony market will sell you twenty different cups. Your staff will notice.
Who actually signs in the housing board
- Clinic and diagnostic front offices: tokens for nurses, reception and visiting consultants — cups and compact bottles, not novelty lamps.
- Tuition and coaching rooms: invigilators and faculty — clipboards and highlighter sets.
- Phase-road shops: Diwali for helpers and counter staff; they need unbreakable, not ceramic-fragile.
- School / junior-college admin: staff lists that include bus attendants; count them if you promised in writing.
A clinic director and a tuition owner can share the same under-₹300 logic and still need two POs if the SKU differs (cup vs clipboard). Do not run a “colony hamper” of five items for twelve people. Packing will slip past the parents’ meeting.
Clipboards, pens and cups that stay under ₹300
The pastel A4 clipboard folder looks like a meeting tool, not an exam hall leftover. Supervisors who carry forms all day prefer the A4 storage clipboard with pen holder. Pair stationery with the DOMS Inxon 10-pen pack or the DOMS Super Neon highlighter set of 5 — one pack per desk, not a mixed pouch of five brands.
Pantry and clinic staff do better with the unbreakable smiley cup than with a thin ceramic. If you can stretch one compact drinkware SKU, the 500ml insulated steel bottle still reads as office. Visiting staff who collect cards can take the zipper card-holder wallet. If the rupee cap is still floating, freeze it with how to choose corporate gifts by budget before you add a lamp you cannot repeat for twelve nurses.
School-admin maths (the list always grows)
A KPHB school Diwali list is rarely “teachers only”. Add office, lab and contracted names you already committed to. Headcount + 5% spare. Forty names is 42 units. Do not order 38 and hope. Cart discipline is the same as any Indian SME: bulk order steps. Festive wrapping can wait; the SKU cannot. Pairing a cup with a small mithai box: Diwali corporate gift ideas.
Worked clinic cart: 9 nurses + 2 reception + 3 visiting consultants = 14. Spare 1 = 15 unbreakable cups to the clinic address on the phase road. Peel stickers. No alcohol. No galaxy lamp. Photograph one cup for the owner’s WhatsApp approval — that is the whole “creative” step.
Diagnostic labs on the later phases change shift at odd hours. If you hand out only at 11 a.m., the evening phlebotomy list is missing. Keep the spare pouch at reception and a printed name sheet that includes the night names you already promised. Phase-road two-wheelers will not wait for a second courier because someone “forgot the lab.” That is a KPHB problem, not a campus-park problem.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a store in KPHB?
No. TemptingKart is online only. Order to the clinic, tuition floor, school office or society. There is no KPHB pickup warehouse.
What should a KPHB clinic gift nurses under ₹300?
The unbreakable smiley cup, or the 500ml insulated bottle if landed cost still sits in band. Skip novelty lamps and speakers on a twelve-person medical list.
Are clipboards acceptable as school or tuition staff gifts?
Yes, if everyone gets the same pastel A4 folder or storage clipboard. Teachers notice if the gift looks like leftover student exam stock — keep the SKU identical and peel stickers.
How many extras for a 40-name KPHB school list?
42 units. Add bus attendants and contracted names you already promised. Do not order 38 and hope someone is on leave.
Can we collect the order from KPHB Metro?
No. There is no metro-exit counter. Ship to the office or society and leave 7–10 days before Diwali or annual day.
